I just finished my first piece that is all mine. I have knitted for other people, but seldom for myself. Isn't that how it goes. Ok, so maybe I have 1 scarf that I knitted for myself. I managed to finish it yesterday. It was a vey easy twisted rib pattern that I love. I do like hats so I think that hats and socks may be my thing.

I agree, i plan on doing more of it for ME!!!! I love giving to others. There's no better feeling of seeing that someone else enjoys your handmade project. But it will be all about me for awhile.:0)
